KICTEP was founded on Dec. 30, 2002 as a comprehensive management and evaluation body for the government’s construction and transportation R&D project.

Construction and transportation technology has developed along with civilization and contributed to the enhancement of our life quality, and also has provided massive economic and social benefits to the growth of our world.

Our institute undertakes demand survey, research planning, and management of R&D.

We also carry out comprehensive and transparent evaluation and certification of ‘New Excellent Technology’ in construction and transportation areas, in order to distribute and manage R&D resources effectively, and hence contribute to national construction and transportation policy. ...
